Okay so I dunno how far she got but last night me n Vantani started to re-read the beginning of the original EOTW

I read like the first 90 pages or so. Up until they started to flee the college (which they won't do this time)
Plus the little part where Ita is introduced

And holy hell. I never realised how different we've made our chars. And I don't mean that as such a good thing.

Alpha started as a borderline Gary stu. I was so obsessed with toning him down I've made him MORE of a self insert. He became a pervy, seems 17 year old, child minded doofus.

But he was so much better originally. When he was more mature, took a lot more stuff seriously, was calmer yet more badass.

Kate was a protective sister, a decisive leader who was wise and not afraid to crack a joke. Now Vant admits she is a hormonal meathead.

I think Fiona and Ryan have improved somewhat though Fiona's hunter side hasn't shown yet but that was what was awesome bout her were form just so ya know

Norah and Ita/Kama haven't have a chance to develop yet so we'll see how that goes

DA you're fine. Keep toning Sparrow down. She doesn't need to go back to how she was.

But you guys might be interested in re-reading some of the stuff we used to write. Also our writing style is different I think but I dunno if that's good or bad.

I need to object to something. Kate is still protective, she just lost her sense of wisdom and acceptance.

Yeah phrased that bit wrong. I meant how she has gotten all serious n hormonal n stuff

Fiona hasn't transformed yet, so no chance to show that side of her yet XD I loved that about her too, so I'll definitely have that show up again.

XD I'll be trying XD My old one was super slow, so I tried to just stick to one or two sites open, but this one is awesome, so I think I'll be happy to keep this open to post XD

Yeah hopefully we'll be posting more often. =P and steadily improving our chars.

Like when I was reading the original EOTW, in its glory days we used to churn out like three or for pages a DAY. That's insane! I'm not asking for that now, because I'm not gonna put that pressure on you guys, but remembering how fast paced this whole thing used to be and how fun it was really brings a nostalgic tear to my eye....
